The meeting will take place in Room 671, located at the back of the 6th floor of Langsam Library.
Hybrid Business Meeting: Zoom meeting details to come.
Parking:
We recommend parking in either the Woodside Garage or the Campus Green Garage, both conveniently located near the library.
Parking is $10 per day — please allow a few extra minutes to park and walk to the library.

- New Business- Discussion of statewide preservation survey (Joint effect with the Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board)

- 11:10 AM – 12:00 PM — Tour of the Preservation Lab with show-and-tell of current projects (https://thepreservationlab.org/)
- 12:00 – 1:00 PM — Lunch (pizza and drinks provided)
- 1:00 – 2:30 PM — Housing workshop: Integrated cradles

- Create a corrugated board integrated cradle that fits a corrugated clamshell box
- Learn how boxes can be modified and adapted for various preservation needs
- 2:30 – 2:40 PM — Break
- 2:40 – 3:00 PM — Workshop wrap-up and Q&A
