Event title:  Stories from the Archives: Eerie Objects 

Speaker 1: Kristen Muenz

Title: The Ring in the Archive: How Not to Die in Seven Days

Bio: Kristen Muenz (she/they) is the inaugural archivist at the Wexner Center for the Arts, the multidisciplinary arts center at The Ohio State University. A solo arranger, their professional interests focus on access and radical welcome in the archives.

Speaker 2: Jennifer Davis and Hannah Kemp-Severence

Title: Ruth Ebright Finley and Her Unseen Guests

Bio(s): Jennifer Davis (she/her) spent almost twenty years immersed in the world of Visual Arts Education, before earning a Master of Library and Information Science in 2022 from Kent State University. She is currently a Library Specialist for University Libraries at The University of Akron where she contributes to various library related projects at both Bierce Library and the UA Archives & Special Collections. 

Hannah Kemp-Severence is University Records Manager for the University of Akron. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Applied History and Public Humanities. Prior to her work at the University of Akron she worked in archives and reference at Western Reserve Historical Society and Kelvin Smith Library Special Collections at Case Western Reserve University.
